The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Talent and Performance Officer to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management and talent development.

Requirements:
  • HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
