Job Title: Loan Officer - Customer Relations Specialist

The Loan Officer - Customer Relations Specialist would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Trident Microfinance Bank. This role involves mobilizing customers for small business loans, developing high network individual and corporate relationships, and recovering overdue loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mobilize funds and account opening services for customers.
  2. Lead a team in developing retail deposits.
  3. Develop and manage high network individual and corporate relationships.
  4. Verification of clients' addresses in compliance with company guidelines.
  5. Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals.
  6. Recovery of overdue loans while ensuring cordial customer relationships.
  7. Appraisal of clients' businesses and capacity to service requested loans.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-5 years' experience preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong industry and HNI network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
