Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, and experience with DevOps practices.
