About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus commission structure, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software solutions market
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and proposals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product/technical teams to develop sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment
