Key Responsibilities
This role involves several key responsibilities, including:

• Identifying and researching potential markets/sites to launch new franchise stores for retail expansion
• Preparing and executing the marketing strategy for the Company's franchise opportunity, to attract new franchisees
• Developing the brand, identifying business opportunities and executing franchising transactions
• Building and strengthening the relationship with Franchisees
• Liaising with the store managers to obtain exact key information that will provide a guide on performance and activities of franchise stores
• Ensuring a successful setup of new franchise stores by collaborating with team members in other departments
• Managing relations with landlords, mall management, and building management, developers, and leasing executives for the stores in Nigeria

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have analytical and versatile knowledge of the economy, as well as strong negotiation skills. In addition, great networking and corporate marketing skills are essential, along with excellent organizing skills and the ability to multitask. Finally, tech savvy individuals with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications will be well-suited to this role.
