Job Summary
Pugzone Online, a leading Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Officer to oversee the receiving of materials from vendors, manage store and warehouse stock, replenish shop floor inventory, and maintain accurate stock records.

This role involves:
  • Maintaining and monitoring the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
  • Ensuring all documentation related to responsibilities are accurately processed, distributed, and released in a timely manner.
  • Complying with company policies, systems, and industry standards.
  • Organizing stock for easy physical count and stock taking.
  • Replenishing shop floor stock constantly.
  • Managing inbound logistics.
  • Verifying the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and dispatched, including labeling of all stock items.
  • Reporting on monthly warehouse activities, including stock inventory and pallets kept at warehouses.
  • Ensuring physical stock takes are correct compared to system records and providing explanations for variances.

Requirements:
NCE or OND qualification,
At least 1 year of experience in store or warehouse management,
High level of integrity,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail,
Strong reporting and analytical skills,
Basic computer knowledge,
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.

We prefer candidates residing near Surulere, Ojuelegba, or Yaba for this position.
