Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage teams and work with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

Professional Credentials:

  • Registered or licensed Project Manager or Construction Manager (e.g., Certified Construction Manager (CCM)).
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, including OSHA, building codes, and construction law.

Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, cost estimation, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction and green building standards.
