We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Solution Sales Instructor to join our team. As an IT Solution Sales Instructor at Ingryd Academy, you will play a pivotal role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in IT sales. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality instruction and mentoring to our students, ensuring they are proficient in solution-based selling, customer relationship management, and technical sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive IT Solution Sales curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and online sessions to facilitate student learning and skill development.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students throughout their training journey.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, case studies, and practical exercises.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IT Solution Sales and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Continuously improve teaching methods and materials to optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Industry-recognized certifications in IT Sales, Solution Selling, or related areas are a plus.
Proven experience in IT Solution Sales, with a minimum of 4 years in the field.
Strong passion for teaching and mentoring, with prior experience in an instructional role preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of students.
Familiarity with IT sales strategies, CRM tools, and industry trends.
Commitment to staying current in the IT Solution Sales field.
