Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Logistic Officer to join our team at Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, from receiving and storing goods to fulfilling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and prevent losses.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, processing invoices and other transaction documents promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting or analytical roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office.
