Job Description
As the Sales Country Leader, you will develop and implement country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with global objectives. You will identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform business strategy. This includes establishing the company as a leader in the sector through innovative solutions and a customer-first approach. You will also represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Furthermore, you will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales or Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). You must have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years). Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the country's market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Finally, you should be able to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.
