About the Role

The HR Sales Executive role at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team targets. This requires building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with potential clients to introduce them to our HR Services.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate quality leads.
  4. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 2-3yrs experience preferably B2B Sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and challenges is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
