Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing business development strategies, building relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis and competitor research, developing and executing business development strategies, negotiating partnerships and contracts, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within oil & gas or engineering

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
