Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join Mopheth's team. This pivotal role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Managing the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conducting performance management processes, including appraisals and career development initiatives.
  • Administering employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and welfare programs.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential qualifications for this role include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
