Job Overview

As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our products to customers across various industries. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for new business and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Manage stock levels, take orders, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Plan daily routes to maximize sales opportunities and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in van sales, direct sales, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software.
