Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to lead the operations of our pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing business performance through strong leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and accurate dispensing of medications.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing training and mentorship.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including maintaining accurate records of medication dispensed and patient information.

• Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide consultations to ensure appropriate medication usage.

• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring for expired products.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Monitor pharmacy expenses, optimize cost management, and track financial performance.

• Implement and promote health programs and initiatives to enhance the well-being of the community.

Key Requirements:

• BSc in Pharmacy or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management or a similar role within the healthcare industry.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management in a pharmacy setting.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage inventory, supply chain, and operational costs effectively.

• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and tools.
