Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives to ensure growth and sustainability.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all departments.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and performance excellence at all levels.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources (financial, human, and material) to ensure optimal use and efficiency across operations.
  • Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency in line with organizational goals.
  • Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards while identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency, and report on progress to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to support smooth operational workflows.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement, and project management.
  • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in FMCG is preferred.
  • A BSc degree from a reputable university.
