Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Head Revenue and Growth to lead our sales and revenue strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, identifying market opportunities, analyzing customer trends, and devising strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and analyze customer trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Devise and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Create and manage account plans and business processes for dedicated account management.
- Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain business relationships, strengthen existing relationships and collaborations, and build professional networks.
- Achieve revenue targets and set and manage delivery against targets for the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively.
- Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
