At Kennedia Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commission Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for persuading prospective clients to engage in phone conversations or meetings to discuss insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Persuade potential customers to discuss insurance products
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies
  • Customize insurance programs for individual clients
  • Distribute approved policies and explain benefits and risks
  • Assess policy needs after significant life events
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Promote the agency to customers requiring insurance
  • Educate customers on various types of insurance coverage
  • Evaluate current policies and recommend additional coverage
  • Maintain confidential insurance documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance sales an advantage)
  • Age not exceeding 35 years
  • BSc/HND/OND qualification
  • Terrain/location knowledge for at least 2 years
  • Ability to deliver instant results
  • Good communication skills
  • Charismatic with a large customer base
