We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commission Sales Agent to join our team at Kennedia Consulting. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base.

Job Description:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities in the insurance sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to assess their policy requirements
  • Recommend suitable insurance policies based on client needs
  • Deliver approved policies and provide detailed explanations of benefits and risks
  • Network with potential customers to promote the agency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance sales an advantage)
  • Age not exceeding 35 years
  • BSc/HND/OND qualification
  • Terrain/location knowledge for at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • N70,800 salary plus HMO, Pension, 13 months, and Commission
