Job Overview

The Human Resource Professional plays a vital role in overseeing various HR functions at DevRecruit, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and organisational policies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop performance evaluation systems and facilitate reviews to drive growth and improvement.
    • Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and organise learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Support career development initiatives for employees to promote professional growth and advancement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risk and maintain a positive reputation.
    • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Data and Analytics:
    • Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in HR roles (specific years based on seniority).
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
