The Human Resource Professional at DevRecruit is responsible for leading the HR function, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and organisational policies. This role ensures that the company maintains a positive and productive work environment aligned with its goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide resolutions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management:
- Develop performance evaluation systems and facilitate reviews to drive growth and improvement.
- Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and provide coaching and guidance.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organise learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives for employees to promote professional growth and advancement.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risk and maintain a positive reputation.
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Data and Analytics:
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles (specific years based on seniority).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
