Business Development Opportunities

At GOXI MICRO INSURANCE LTD., we are seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to drive sales and business growth throughout assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer meetings to educate clients on products and processes, and handle customer complaints by generating necessary feedback.
  • Develop relationships to create opportunities for cross-selling other products within existing partner platforms.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through clusters, cooperatives, trade associations, unions, aggregators, and community associations.
  • Manage the pitch and proposal development process from start to finish.
  • Develop outreach tools such as one-on-one meetings, seminars, speaking engagements, events, sponsorships, and direct client communications.

  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
