Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Travel Arrangements: Provide travel information, options, and recommendations to clients. Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document Processing: Process travel documents, such as visas and passports.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Sell travel services and packages to contribute to agency revenue growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends and promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or tourism.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
