Aftersales Operations Role:

The Aftersales Operations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring seamless execution of maintenance, repair, and warranty processes.

This position requires excellent technical knowledge and analytical skills to drive service process improvements and optimize spare parts management.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective technical support strategies to resolve aftersales problems and improve equipment uptime.
  2. Collaborate with the technical team to analyze and address complex technical challenges affecting material handling equipment.
  3. Identify opportunities for improving service and maintenance procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


Requirements:

  • BEng, BTech, or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or other related Engineering discipline.
  • Predictive and corrective maintenance planning experience.
  • Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics and equipment failure diagnosis and troubleshooting.
