Job Description
As a Technical Lead at Bisedge Logistics & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our organization. This includes managing and mentoring a team of technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and training to junior technicians, overseeing and performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective performance in technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks on systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in a technical field preferred)
7+ years of experience in a technical or hands-on environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Proficiency in [specific technical skills/equipment relevant to the industry, e.g., electrical systems, IT hardware, HVAC systems]
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid [specific certification, e.g., Electrical, IT, HVAC certification] preferred
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to the industry
