Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status;

* Answers questions and provides timely responses to customer inquiries.

* Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address and ensuring accurate delivery information.

* Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.

* Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.

**Daily Operations:**

* Conducts daily inspections on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and ensures proper locking when left unattended.

* Must enjoy riding bikes and be familiar with Lagos routes.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of SSCE

* Must have a valid rider's card

* Must be presentable, well spoken, and clean shaved.
