Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Book Keeper to join our team at Aviot Industries Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Record and categorize financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain the general ledger and update financial records daily.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Manage petty cash and ensure all transactions are documented and reconciled.
- Prepare basic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related tax filings.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist the Accountant in preparing for audits by maintaining comprehensive records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
- Perform administrative duties related to finance, such as filing and document organization.
