About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sale of our luxury properties, ensuring maximum profitability, and securing the best possible prices in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling properties of the company, including residential and commercial units;
  • Leading efforts to identify and solicit potential clients for purchasing properties developed by the company;
  • Generating clients leads to buy, sell, and invest in properties;
  • Conducting property inspections and site visits for prospective buyers;
  • Monitoring and analyzing real estate market conditions, trends, and prices, providing strategic advice to the company for sales generation and cost efficiency;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents, professional brokers, and HNI to identify and secure creditworthy buyers for the company's properties;
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence;
  • Ensuring property listing information is regularly updated on the company's website and other platforms;
  • Organizing and participating in property marketing events, open houses, and property launches, and representing the company at external conferences and events;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing strategies that effectively reach target audiences;
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas;
  • Providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms;
  • Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions;
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by negotiating deals and providing exceptional service;
  • Preparing and presenting sales performance reports and quarterly financial statements to the Management team;
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives;
  • Overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success;
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded;
  • Conducting regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team;
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales team;
  • Carrying out any other assignments given by your Supervisor;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an added advantage;
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of recent work experience in a real estate sales role;
  • Proven track record in a sales-heavy role within the real estate industry;
  • Experience in property research and marketing;
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and documentation processes in real estate transactions;
  • Familiarity with market analysis;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements;
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional techniques for real estate properties;
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both oral and written;
  • Strong sales and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and develop strategic plans;
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining business relationships;
