**Role Overview**
We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and enhance market presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and ensure maximum profitability.
- Ensuring property listing information is regularly updated on our website and other platforms.
- Representing our company at external conferences and events.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and financial abilities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of recent work experience in a real estate sales role.
- Proven track record in a sales-heavy role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
