We are seeking a skilled Café Attendant to join our team at Jenniez School of African Interior Design. As a key member of our campus community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing the daily operations of our on-campus café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Manage the sale of snacks and beverages, processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in food service, café operations, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to work accurately with cash and mobile payments, maintaining a secure environment.
