Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Offset and Flexo printing machines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency in our production process.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operations of Offset and Flexo printing machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Lead, supervise, and train a team of printing operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
• Delegate tasks and ensure efficient execution of printing jobs, prioritizing deadlines and meeting client expectations.

Requirements
• First degree in Engineering or a related field is required, with a solid understanding of Offset and Flexo printing principles and practices.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with significant managerial experience and a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in handling Offset and Flexo printing machines, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
