
Retail Development Executive

Job Description:
The Retail Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our retail business through the identification and recruitment of new franchise owners. This is a key role within our business development team and will require a strong understanding of the retail industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new franchise owners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract new franchisees.
- CONDUCT SITE VISITS TO ENSURE PROPERTIES MEET OUR CRITERIA BEFORE OFFERING THEM AS POTENTIAL FRANCHISE SITES.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement to ensure mutual benefit.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure their success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, mall management, and building management.
- Monitor and manage lease agreements and other contractual arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless setup of new franchise stores.
- Oversight of category buying and supply chain operations to ensure efficient product ordering and delivery.
