We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our executive team. Your key responsibilities will include creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.">
  • Proactively managing, assessing, and predicting day-to-day needs to ensure executives are prepared for meetings and events.">
  • Making recommendations regarding time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.">
  • Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.">
  • Establishing new and improving existing administrative systems and processes.">
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as needed.">
