Administrative Support Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
