">Main Responsibilities
">- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform merchandise decisions;
- Manage the buying process and ensure timely receipt of goods;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandise strategies;
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities;
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members;
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Proven experience in commodity procurement or related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
