Job Role: As a Sales Representative with DynamicPlusAdvisory, you will be the face of our company in retail sales environments. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed to ensure an attractive store environment.
  • Meet or exceed daily sales targets and actively participate in promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.


Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly valued, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but we also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
