Role Overview

The Offsite Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products outside retail environments. This position requires a proactive approach to identify new customers, present product benefits, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Execution: Actively sell Paddy Paddy Wellness products to customers at offsite locations (e.g., markets, events) and increase brand visibility.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate benefits and answer customer inquiries.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our products.
  4. Market Development: Identify and approach new potential customers and strategic locations where products can be sold.
  5. Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  6. Reporting: Provide daily sales reports and feedback to the team, including customer preferences and sales obstacles.
  7. Inventory Management: Ensure all stock levels are adequately maintained, reporting any issues to the sales manager promptly.
