Sales Associate Specialist

**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions with precision and delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately processing transactions, handling payments, and issuing receipts or refunds as needed.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Ensuring the accuracy of pricing across all items sold
- Conducting cash counts at the beginning and end of shifts to maintain transparency
- Identifying opportunities to make sales referrals and introduce new products to customers
- Responding effectively to customer complaints, providing relevant information, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area that meets high standards
You will also be expected to record transactions accurately, process returns efficiently, and provide top-notch service while answering customer questions.
