Product Team Lead

At BEST SERVICE RAYA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products, as well as managing the online shop's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deals on current products and capture more customers
  • Capture more sales opportunities by attacking customers with loyalty programs
  • Translate and update product descriptions and promo codes
  • Activate products on the shop and ensure they are displayed correctly
  • Perform daily product updates and translate at least one new product every week
  • Update the 'Special Offers' or 'Best Deals' page every week
  • Communicate with warehouses about special requirements for offers
  • Work with other team members to resolve content or ordering issues and communicate customer feedback
  • Work with the marketing team to determine marketing business requirements and growth programs
  • Manage and develop the online shop activity process
  • Manage and prepare new device online launches, exclusive offers, and handle end-to-end flash sale processes
  • Interface with the marketing team to add online shop offers to the social media plan
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising
  • Collaborate with IT teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and facilitate the online buying process
  • Ensure device specifications, photos, and offer details are implemented correctly on the website
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Analyze current KPIs of all online sales services in terms of revenues, users, traffic, and ensure each is reported correctly
  • Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Perform post-launch testing and analysis for newly launched services and follow up on customer reactions on social media
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Analyze market and competition frequently and present reports on new ideas launched by the competition
  • Execute commercial campaigns to ensure an engaging, coherent, and addictive value proposition for customers
  • Ensure the competitiveness of Raya Online Shop pricing by all means
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence, new online sales services concepts, business rules, cost/price, and commercial model
  • Adhere to handling service level agreements
  • Manage micro-financing partners to reach the best deal and make this option available for Orange Online Shop customers
  • Develop partnerships with vendors to maximize online shop revenue and market shares
