About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Campus Pastor's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the office, and providing exceptional support to the pastoral team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Calendaring and Scheduling: Manage the Campus Pastor's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and send correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Campus Pastor.
  3. Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents related to the Campus Pastor's duties.
  4. Event Planning: Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring timely preparations and logistics.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as required.
