Job Overview:

The Executive Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for the CEO, ensuring that messages are relayed efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required for internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in interior design and be willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents required for internal and external communications
• Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and internal team-building activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role
• Proven experience in project management or document management systems
• Familiarity with project management tools and document management software
