Job Description:
As a Senior Administrative Manager for Business Operations at Onyxial, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch clerical and administrative support to our team, enabling us to focus on strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Manage company documents and databases, maintaining confidentiality and security of files
• Support clients and employees by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling complaints
• Schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare reports on expenses and budgets
• Maintain office supplies, take inventory, order office supplies, and work with vendors
• Update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards
• Monitor staff performance, handle disciplinary issues, and collaborate with the human resources department on staff recruitment and training
• Operate copy equipment, fax machines, printers, and other office equipment

Requirements:
• First Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics from a reputable institution
• Above-average software skills in Microsoft Office applications
• At least 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Technical knowledge and skills in results-based management
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead others in solving complex problems, and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines
