Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and punctuality
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, showcasing exceptional organizational skills
  • Maintain office supplies and handle inventory management with precision
  • Support team operations to ensure smooth workflow and office functionality, promoting a collaborative work environment

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in administration, preferably within the real estate sector. A minimum of a Diploma in Administration or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, as well as a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Applicant must be resident in Abuja
