About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Royal Resource Management in Abuja. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic biotech startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency within the team.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and edit visuals and videos as needed.
  • Provide support for scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and research tasks, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate on-site with project teams, coordinating activities and providing assistance as required.
Requirements:
  • A proactive and detail-focused individual with experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing capabilities (a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work remotely with occasional site visits.
