Job Role
The Admin Supervisor reports directly to the Group Head, HR/Admin and is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office. This includes managing office fixtures, coordinating maintenance schedules, and supervising the work of support staff.

Responsibilities
The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Admin Supervisor role:
  • Ensure that all office fixtures, including furniture, equipment, and facilities, are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules for generators, vehicles, and other equipment.
  • Supervise the work of Office Assistants (Cleaners) and assign tasks as needed.
  • Manage Stationery supplies across all business units.
  • Promptly address electrical faults and other issues that may arise.
  • Ensure good lighting and ventilation in all working environments.
  • Oversee the payment of utilities, telephone, and regulatory bills and dues.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents are renewed as required.
  • Coordinate Fire Drill Exercises on a monthly basis across all business units.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The performance of the Admin Supervisor will be measured against the following KPIs:
  • Timely completion of tasks and maintenance schedules.
  • Effective management of office resources and budget.
  • High level of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of issues and problems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
