Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. This involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to safeguard the organization from potential liabilities.

This role requires a proactive professional with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Program Development: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Internal Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks, as well as investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, breaches, or complaints.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and promote a culture of compliance across all subsidiaries.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of reports and filings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
