Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies, including inventory management and vendor relations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and distribute information.
  • Operate office equipment and maintain records.
  • Perform background checks and reference verification.
  • Prepare and file tax documents monthly.
  • Process timely VAT payments every month.
  • Prepare pension schedules and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate payroll schedule and submit to the finance department on time.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Administrative Officer with finance exposure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
Estimated Salary

Negotiable salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
