Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wajesmart Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition to stay ahead of the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue
