Client Service Director

At VINES REALTY, we're seeking a skilled Client Service Director to foster long-term relationships with our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Create customized plans to address clients' business needs

Provide expert advice on creating profitable processes

Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as necessary

Collaborate with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell services and products

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments

Analyze competition to identify new ways to retain customers

Set and work towards sales and revenue targets

Collaborate with internal teams to address clients' needs

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho CRM, Salesforce)

A customer-oriented attitude

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work well with a team
