
Energy Sector Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Sector Representative to join our team at Bluewave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited. This role is a key advocate for our mission, working closely with community stakeholders, project teams, and donors.

Our company was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in Lagos, with R&D and manufacturing centres in Jiangxi, China.
Job DescriptionThe Energy Sector Representative will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. They will also develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness about water conservation and project benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and successful installation of water facilities.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing community concerns.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, outreach, or advocacy roles, preferably in the water or development sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
